Iran totally has 180 million tonnes of Travertine resource, which is only 10Persent of the country’s dimension stones resources.

Marble is a metamorphic rock which is formed from regional metamorphism of limestone that contain Magnesium and Calcium. It is a layered, translucent, cryptocrystalline rock which is available in various colors.

Granite is one of the most popular slate stones. In the recent decade, precious resources of high quality Granite in various colors such as red, black, dark/light green, white and pink have been discovered. Granite resources account for 20persent of Iran’s dimension stone resources.
