Iran Stone Industry Institute of Employers

History

Iran stone industry is one of the greatest industries of the country with 5000 units of stone cutting. By providing 16000 direct employment opportunities, it plays a vital role in the country economy. Despite the fact that there are straggly associations in different provinces of the country, establishment of an institute to pursue the matters and demands in national level seemed vital. Iran Stone Industry Institute founded in 1386 (2007) by a group of experienced experts and veterans of the industry, for the first time held the election to form the board of directors.
